Validating & future-proofing products for new markets

Ellexus, which develops application monitoring tools for high performance computing, has utilised STFC’s Hartree Centre to test its products for new markets.


Ellexus was looking to evaluate its tools against high performance computing software at a larger scale than could be achieved in-house.

With the STFC Hartree Centre’s strong track record in supporting UK industry in advanced digital technologies and high performance computing, Ellexus sought out opportunities to access the Hartree Centre infrastructure and expertise in order to finalise its latest tools and open up new markets.

Accessing the Hartree Centre’s high performance computing platforms and expertise provided a perfect opportunity for Ellexus to validate its tools.

The Hartree Centre team assisted in identifying and suggesting improvements, which resulted in increased efficiency of the technology and confirmation of its effectiveness on large-scale high performance computing systems.

Due to this, Ellexus has been able to scale, enhance and future-proof its products, allowing the company to access previously untapped markets.
