The Square Kilometre Array (SKA) Observatory is moving forward with pace, and many science-critical decisions will be made over the coming months, not least of which is the scientific prioritisation process, as a driver for the re-scoping of the SKA Phase-1 project to fit within the agreed budget constraints.
There will be a UK SKA Community Meeting on 17th November at the Royal Astronomical Society, Burlington House, London, 11am-5pm.
This meeting is to inform the UK community of the on-going developments, and to help assemble a strategic UK-view of SKA scientific priorities.
The meeting will comprise both talks and extensive discussion time - a provisional schedule is outlined below. The meeting is free to attend, but please register your attendance at SKA Registration Form.
